The hotel was situated in the very central location so close to covered shops.

The hotel is well priced with competent personnel in attendance receptionist. It has central location and near a railway station. Easy access to restaurants and bars which are walk from the property.

Air-conditioned, high-class room complete with a hair dryer as well as views over Cardiff.

The hotel is in a comfortable and decent location close to town centre. The breakfast is great and the staff is genuinely helpful, patient. A really good stay, I would love to return.

The breakfasts were freshly prepared with choice-kids and both early & later risers and an orange juice, couldn’ t ask for anything better. Near a railway station, the location was incredible and amazing, close to the rail 

Public parking nearby provided. A bar in the reception. Location close to St Davids shopping centre + many restaurants, and train station, bars and restaurants. Also, close to everything in town center... 

Ideal hotel, we had a well soundproofed room with a pleasant view. The property was in a good and unbeatable location, walk from a train station.

We had a very nice weekend here and can't recommend highly enough. This hotel was located in a central area just next door to shops and restaurants, Castle and other attractions, and Cardiff Castle and shopping.  

Magnificent, incredible location just off the shopping centre, Motorpoint Arena. Units in good condition.

No complaints whatsoever, very nice stay for one night for a business trip. Beautifully maintained room, nicely furnished with good facilities.

The breakfast was savoury with a lot of goodies. The staff was really friendly and exceptionally nice, my every need was addressed. Walk from the train station, the location was good and premier.

We got a room with a bath. The food was fab, with a huge variety of options.

Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

The hotel provided comfortable and clean rooms, with extra pillows available upon request. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options, shops, bars, restaurants. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout 

It has a perfect location with public parking. The staff are caring, we enjoyed them.

The hotel is in a comfortable position and the airport is 30 km away. The venue has top-notch rooms and very efficient stuff in attendance receptionist. We would love to return, everything was fine.
